Please come out to support an incredibly talented Philly based
band!
About the
band:
TM & TM is a music project started by Michael Kiley in September
of last year with the release of the E.P. Caterpillar-Cocoon-Butterfly.
Since then, TM&TM have grown from a solo project to a three
piece band of M.K, Jack McBrearty and Eliza Jones. All of their
releases are done exclusively as free digital downloads. Because
of this, they subsist largely on donations. Two thirds of the
money needed to record, mix and master their new full-length
record (entitled Private Pockets, due out this fall) was through
private donations and money earned from benefits thrown throughout
last year. This benefit will help to finish the album through
sales of t-shirts, prints of artwork done for the band by Katie
Henry (Made By Hank) Alyson Giantisco and donations. They also
work with the many beautiful visual artists, dancers, actors,
choreographers, lighting designers, film makers and the like
that make up their community with no money exchanged. It is
their goal to collaborate and share ideas with those surrounding
them, in the hopes of creating a free flowing exchange between
themselves and the city which they adore.

Jenny Hart rocked Art Star this weekend! We had a big turnout
for the opening reception on Saturday. Lots of friends and many
new faces. Thanks to everyone that showed their support. We hope
you all had a good time and a chance to meet Jenny, and enjoyed
the cupcakes by the lovely
Brown Betty Bakery.
Below are some pictures from the opening and the Sunday embroidery
workshop.
